On November 16, 2022, Vantage hosted a grand opening of the new Vantage Northeast Regional Service Center in Queens, New York. The event drew a crowd of more than 100 customers, suppliers and partners who all joined in the celebrations.
The Vantage Northeast Service Center is the latest in a string of regional Vantage hubs to open across North America, where each location serves as a provider for the whole suite of Vantage products. In addition to a warehouse stocked with a wide range of spare parts, Vantage Regional Service Centers provide local resources for sales, technical support, training, and project coordination.
The new Service Center is officially open for business and can be found on 19-19 37th Street in Queens, New York. Going forward, Vantage’s New York area customers will have the option to pick up both parts and completed orders at the Regional Center or at GAL Manufacturing’s location in the Bronx.
The Service Center has over 23,000 square feet of warehouse, office and training space. Customers will have convenient access to the Center with loading docks on both 37th and 38th street for convenient and quick product pick-ups. The Regional Center also features the R. Carl Burch Memorial Training Center which will serve as a dedicated product and technical training event space named in honor of long-time Vantage team member Carl Burch.
