NEXUS™ Hydraulic Controller NAEC 2025 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility – participants must be individuals over the age of 18 and employed by a licensed elevator contractor.
  • One entry card allowed per person, unless such person attends a full Nexus product demonstration. At the conclusion of the demonstration, each participant remaining will receive one additional entry card.
  • Vantage Elevator Solutions and its subsidiaries standard terms and conditions apply.
  • All participants must be physically present at the location of the sweepstakes in the state of Texas to participate.
  • The prize is one (1) Nexus Hydraulic Controller, approximate retail value $9,000.00.
  • The recipient of the Prize is responsible for all installation and ongoing maintenance and shall collect the Prize from Vantage on or before January 2026. Failure to collect the Prize as required herein shall constitute forfeiture of same unless determined otherwise by Vantage.
  • No modifications, reverse engineering, or alterations to the Prize are permitted.
  • No software subscription or updates are included in the Prize.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Prize does not include installation, shipping, or other costs or services for the Prize.
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Vantage is not responsible for maintenance, repairs, damage, or any operational issues relating to the Prize after delivery.
  • Recipient is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically included (e.g., installation, permits, inspections).
  • Vantage is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries related to participation or use of the Prize, and the Recipient agrees to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising out of installation, maintenance, removal, or use of the Prize.
  • By entering, participants grant permission for use of their name, likeness, and business name in promotional materials without compensation.
  • Vantage reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
  • Odds of winning are determined based on the number of eligible entries received.
